The Panama City Beach area offers a

beach continues to grow with restaurants, large companies, and upscale

Traffic counts noted in the Florida
Department of Transportation, Transportation Statistics Office, 2004 Annual
Average Daily Traffic Report indicates that approximately 25,000 to 30,000
vehicles pass by the center each day.
The Bay County population is reported as
being well over 150,000 and growing.
Location
Centrally located between the Hathaway Bridge
and Highway 79. We are only a few miles from the proposed new Bay County
International Airport. Tyndell Air Force Base and the Naval Coastal System
Station are east of the center and Eglin Air Force Base is west of the shopping
center.
Ingress & Egress
The shopping center is accessible via
Lyndell Lane running north & south from Panama City Beach Parkway and
Hutchinson Boulevard. There are two entrance/exits with deceleration lanes
on Panama City Beach Parkway.
